Overview
Digiteam is a field service management software built to help medium and large utility companies lead and control their external teams with more efficiency and less friction. The client came to us looking to build a brand that could position the product as a modern, trustworthy, and ambitious solution in a market that often communicates in cold, technical ways.
I collaborated with the strategists on the strategy and verbal identity, conducting research and participating in key checkpoints throughout. The work defined archetypes, purpose, value proposition and a tone of voice built around three pillars: objective, ambitious and charismatic. The core insight was that a serious brand does not need to be cold, and that the real differentiator of Digiteam was not just the software features, but the ability to shorten the distance between challenges and solutions.
That idea became the backbone of everything: from the slogan Digiteam lead the way to the brand messages anchored in leadership and efficiency.
From there, I led the visual identity, building a system that translated the strategy into a consistent and modern presence, then applied it across multiple touchpoints, from digital interfaces and app icons to printed materials and brand guidelines. That foundation also shaped the initial version of the website, where the brand came to life for the first time before the broader team carried the project forward.
